Firstly, we want you to be happy with your purchase. So we guarantee that your money will be refunded within 30 days if our letters are not all we say they are. All you have to do is email us and we will be happy to refund your money.

Secondly our payment processor is on our own eCommerce suite. We use this because of its reliability in processing orders and because it gives you the customer a copy of your order. We own it, so therefore we have complete control in following up orders.

Thirdly all orders are processed finally the secure server PayPal. Whether you have an account or wish to pay by credit card, it is a simple process.

How to Order Your Product

You will first select what it is you wish to buy and then click on one of our links that say Sign Up, or Click here or Buy Now. These are all hyperlinks and you will be taken to our order form.

You will find that the item or items you selected are ticked. If you are happy with this selection then hit the "Check Out" button.

Or, you may wish to delete something from the shopping cart. Just untick the items you wish to delete and leave the others ticked. Then hit "Recalculate". This will automatically recalculate your purchases. Then you would hit the "Check Out" button.

Why is this payment safe?

PayPal have a secure server. You may ask what is that? Well it is like the banks servers, it has security built into it. This means that your credit card details are as safe as they can be.
When you first start shopping with us, you will notice that the address is http://santasxmasmail.com. Is this a secure site? No, not at that moment. It allows you to pick what you want to buy, much like a supermarket and put it in your trolley. At this stage, you are not being asked for any money.
The minute you hit the "Check Out" button, it suddenly changes to a secure site. How do you know this? Well the address changes to https://. See the "s" signifies it is a secure site. This then connects to PayPal's secure site where your money is taken.
