THIS IS A NATIVITY SCENE THAT THE CHILDREN CAN BUILD UP ON THE DAYS LEADING UP
TO CHRISTMAS
The first thing they can download is the stable. As Mary, Joseph and
the baby Jesus will be the last things to go in, we suggest that the children colour in the outline and leave
the inside blank.
A new piece of the nativity scene is available for you to download after
the children have coloured in the first part, or you may wish to download it all at
once.
This is a project they can add to and hang on the wall, as their
contribution to your homes Christmas decorations. Later on, they can paste some straw after the
donkey goes in as he will give the line of the floor. Where Mary and Joseph and the crib will be, we
will put a blank outline. That is the only bit we will outline. We thought we would let the child
decide where they want to put the 3 wisemen, camels, sheep, shepherds and angels. You may want to
advise them if they are very little, and make sure things like the straw isn't in the way of the
pasting.
Each piece will be pasted on.
Things you could need:
Straw or cut grass, glitter, cotton wool for the sheep, maybe pretty
trims for the wisemen's gifts or robes.
The stable. Colour in the
outline of the stable, the hills and the sky as well as the big star. They might like to put some
glitter on the big star and add other stars with a dab of glue and a shake of the glitter.
Click the pictures to go to large download screen to print out, some of them are down
the page a bit so if you get a white looking screen, look further down to make sure it is
there.

The donkey fits in the stable. The camels can either be on the edge
of the page with the wisemen pasted over the edge of the stable or the camels can be coming out from the edge
of the stable but you will need to reverse them.
The angel can either hover over the stable or
you can extend her and she can just be over the shepherds.

The Christmas Family fits in the stable. They are to the left of the donkey.
There should be a space for them. If the line is not quite in the right place, just white it out if it is
visible, and colour over.
