Letters are sent out on the 1st December and the last orders taken on 15th December, (in Australia) to make sure that children receive their letter before Christmas.  If for any reason your child does not receive a letter before Christmas (postal departments being what they are) then please contact us and  an after Christmas letter of Santa on holiday letter will be sent.
